1. All goods supplied by Moller & Young Ltd are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship.
2. BADGES
(i) SET-UP Each badge order will have a one off set-up charge which is payable with your first order, this covers the art work, proofs and setup.(ii) DIES Remain the property of Moller & Young Ltd and will be solely used for the purpose of making badges for your organisation.
(iii) Spare or damaged badges remaining after a production run will automatically become the property of Moller & Young Ltd who will not sell or dispose of in any way to any person or organisation. Moller & Young Ltd will still retain the right to lend such badges for the purpose of showing to other club members etc the possible designs and workmanship available to them. Under no circumstances will badges be supplied or sold to badge collectors.
3. ENGRAVING
Our engraving is guaranteed to be of good quality and executed by indentured tradesmen and for continuance of uniformity it is recommended that trophies are regularly engraved by a qualified engraver.
4. TROPHIES
Trophies and parts and accessories manufactured by us are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of one year.5. BRASS PLAQUES
Brass is known to exist in Old England before A.D.1150 and is a metal which if left exposed will oxidise to a rich brown colour which is self protecting against corrosion. This product, if polished and lacquered to temporary preserve the shine, due to unforseen abrasion etc. will require either cleaning or stripping and re-lacquering eventually. This brass, along with our genuine engraving will give you a product you can cherish for a very long time. This is a deep penetrating gold coating that can be applied to Brass Plaques that will outlast any other brass coating available today. For extreme weather resistance. The inert surface provides high corrosion resistance to inhibit oxidization and tarnishing for superior weather resistance.6. (i) Moller & Young Ltd will not be responsible for general wear and tear, lack of maintenance or damage etc caused after sale of goods.
(ii) Moller & Young Ltd reserve the right to require that the subject article (complete as supplied) is returned to them for inspection before any claim is accepted and if accepted have the right to make good any damage before replacement or refunding cash or credit.
(iii) This guarantee does not in any way affect the consumer's statutory rights.
